At dinner Austin was asking for his tooth to be pulled out so Rob said "oh Grandpa is the master tooth puller ask him if he will pull it out for you?" So Austin asked if Grandpa would pull it for him, and he of course said yes! So....... Grandpa worked on it for a while, and couldn't get it to come out. Then Grandpa and Rob got the pliers, and some dental floss and anything else that they could think of to get this loose tooth to come out, but it was just to hard to wrap there hot dog fingers around, meanwhile someone brought up the fact that Uncle Eric is almost a Dentist and that he is definately the most capable of pulling it out. Uncle Eric worked on it to for a while and then finally this loose tooth that was so determined not to come out budged. So now, as Austin would say I have one less toof in my mouth!

Trenten and Austin
Sledding
Christmas Traditions
Every year we make ginger bread houses together, but this year we had the luxury of being able to make them with Grammy Heisterman, Great Grandpa Dexter, Grandma and Grandpa Heisterman, Aunt Jenny, Uncle Eric, and the most fun of all baby Davis! We had a great time and the kids were so happy to be able to make some new memories with loved ones.

Zoo lights...
+108.jpg)
On Wednesday I took the kids to see the Zoo lights with Lisa and her cute little kids, we had a great time! We actually got to see the bears wondering around (in their cages of course) and we saw some turkey's ( no not Trenten, Kaytlin, or Austin), but some actual turkey's. We also saw a lot of wild cats, a very loud tiger and a mountain lion. Thank goodness for hot cocoa and heat lamps, it was COLD!

Happy Halloween
Happy Halloween! This month we did a lot of fun Halloween activities with the kids for family home evening. We made tombstones to put in the front yard and the kids actually did theirs all by themselves from the paint job right down to what was said on it. We also painted pumpkins several times, and delivered painted pumpkins to some of the older widows in our neighborhood. It was lots of fun. Trenten was dressed as a moto cross rider, Kaytlin was a geisha girl, and I am not sure what you would call Austin's costume? He just wanted to be very scary, and mission accomplished!
I hope this works!
This is out of order but the day after Halloween Rob took the day off and we headed down to the sand dunes.... We had a really great time! The kids (actually just Austin and Kaytlin) are getting so much better at riding. They followed everything that we did even trying to go up the big hills and then back down. Trenten is already a fabulous rider, and is very bave, brave enough to take on sand mountain, which is more than I can say.....
